Agent opportunity assessment
Find out which agents are worth building before you build any
We work from your own systems and calls to rank the agents that would save or earn the most, each with the data it needs, a build plan and a fixed price.
Most AI plans start from a list of ideas
An ideas workshop produces a list nobody can price: which systems each agent would read, what it would cost to build and what it would return are all left open. The assessment starts from your CRM, support, billing and finance systems and your call transcripts, so each agent on the list comes with the working.
What you leave with
You leave with a ranked shortlist and a plan for building the first agents on it.
A list of ideas
A ranked shortlist
Agents are ranked by what they would save or earn, with the working shown.
Unknown data needs
What each agent reads and writes
The shortlist names the tables, fields and systems each agent would touch, and which changes need a person’s approval.
Guessed effort
A build plan and price
Our engineers scope how each agent would be built and fix its cost before work starts.
Hoped-for value
A number to track
You get a number each agent should move, and a way to track it once it runs.
Hunches
Evidence from your data
Each ranking rests on your own records. In one Salesforce audit, over $1M of enquiries from existing customers had gone unanswered, so an agent to answer those enquiries came first.
Pilots that stall
Agents on Run
Agents run on Rig, each with its own role, access rules and audit trail.
How the work runs
Sync the main systems
Rig syncs your CRM, support, billing and finance systems, with read-only access.
Read calls and tickets
Calls, tickets and workflows show where people spend time and where decisions wait on information.
Rank the opportunities
We score each opportunity on the data it needs, the effort to build it and the value it would bring.
Plan the first build
The top agents get a build plan and a fixed price, ready to start on Run.
Where to start
Common questions
Do we need to have chosen an AI tool?
No. Agents can run in Rig, or in Claude and other tools through Rig’s MCP access, and each agent’s access is set by its role.
What data do you need?
We need a sync of your main systems, usually the CRM, support, billing and finance, plus call transcripts where you have them. Access is read-only.
How is it priced?
It is a fixed price, agreed before we start.
What happens after the assessment?
The top one or two agents become the scope for Run, priced from the plan. You keep the shortlist either way.
Can we run it with a discovery sprint?
Yes, together or separately. The sprint maps how the work runs today, and the assessment uses that map to pick which agents to build.
